🍇 TOO MANY GREEK MYTHS 🍇

🍇 Our doors may be closed, but we still have one more fantastic show to bring to you this Summer season! We’ll be stationed at St John’s Hall (just round the corner from where we are now!)

🍇 When two members of Clevedon-based comedy theatre company, Living Spit, are overheard bragging about how good they are, Zeus, enraged by their hubris, decides to teach them a lesson. His punishment? A Herculean challenge: to squeeze twenty of the greatest Ancient Greek myths into one chaotic, side-splitting show!

🍇 Join Living Spit as they tackle everything from Hades to Heracles, Midas to Medusa, with their trademark blend of harebrained humour, questionable wigs and a total disregard for historical accuracy. Can they conquer the labyrinth of legends before time runs out? Or will the gods have the last laugh?

🌟The very last show in the Theatre Shop! 🌟

A huge thank you to the wonderful Sally-Ann Hayward for being our final ever act in the original Theatre Shop in Queen’s Square. A sold out audience in our stripped back space was very special!

An extra HUGE thank you to everyone who stayed behind afterwards and helped us pack up… exciting things ahead!

We are just £39 away from achieving our fundraising total on our GoFundMe. This will help us pay for the cost of the moving van, storage unit and secure next steps for our future home! Can we achieve this tonight?!

🌟 We’re thrilled to have her back at Theatre Shop this Friday after her sell-out show in 2023. The shop will be in a stripped-back state as it’s our very last show before moving out. Don’t miss it!

🌟 MOVING ON 🌟

🌟 The Theatre Shop team had a very busy weekend clearing out the Queen’s Square shop and putting it all into our storage container. This will be funded by our Go Fund Me fundraiser - thank you so much to everyone who’s donated so far! It’s linked in our bio and on our stories.

🌟 If you’ve booked tickets to see Sally Ann-Hayward, no fear, she’ll be performing in a ‘stripped back’ version of the Theatre Shop! There’ll still be a bar of sorts, too.

🌟 Huge thanks again to all the volunteers who gave up their Sunday to help us move. We’ll miss The Shop so much, but are excited for what’s to come!
