From tunnel to table 🍅🥒

This winter we built our very own poly tunnel here at Bibury Trout Farm and the first harvest has well and truly arrived! Sweet vine tomatoes, golden cherry tomatoes and crisp cucumbers, all grown right here on the farm.

From this week, you’ll find our home-grown veg making its way onto plates in the café as fresh as it gets, picked just steps from the kitchen.

The new garden border is putting on a show this week, marigolds, dandelions and even a visiting dragonfly stopped by!
This area will be open to the public very soon. Until then, treat yourself to an ice cream or iced coffee and explore the rest of the farm.

The farm in the sun is looking amazing! These are all snaps from today… The Cotswolds has a lot going for it. But there aren’t many places where you can catch your own trout from a spring-fed river and eat it the same day.
We also have BBQs, mini golf, beautiful gardens, education nature walk, wonderful cafe and gift shop… a lot to do and look around!
