The orchestra had a musical and social celebration last night at our ‘Christmas Friends and Family’evening.
An audience of approx 20 and the players enjoyed a buffet meal after the concert of definitely eclectic music - including Christmas music, carols some ‘FiddlersFury’. And Jingle Bells hoedown with audience percussion help! Also a young cornet player added to the mix with a solo of’Frosty the Snowman.’
Nick Steel conducted with his usual great enthusiasm and panache!
