Simply an update for all of our customers; thank you once again for your continued patience and support during the transitional changes to The Fern Ticket. The Maintenance programme and anticipated structural alterations to the building, will enable us to introduce our 20/20 vision in the New Year and will be steadily introduced as we progress into the second stage of our schedule of works.

We have already started the internal changes to perfect our goal of achieving a family orientated establishment with some subtle but much needed changes. We have today appointed two experienced and talented members of staff to our team, who will very shortly be demonstrating their hospitality talents to all.

The fresh new theme that we anticipate will best suit our customers old and new, will introduce cafe / bistro style authenticity with a hint of continental swagger. An opportunity to sit and enjoy the bright new decor, the highlight of sitting in festive surroundings and decor. Our 'GOAL' of course, is that all too important requisite - our desire to bring you professional and quality style and service that our industry so demands.

We will shortly be releasing our festive period opening times along with our all new menu and product details. Please also continue to upload your constructive comments to this site. We really do value those comments and they will certainly assist us in delivering what we anticipate will be a most warming and pleasant experience for everyone.

The premises will today be closed and will not re-open until further notice so as to enable urgent maintenance work and repairs to be carried out. This will include essential works to ensure continued health and safety of our customers is adhered to and that the first stages of the redevelopment for 2020 is put in place.

This is our 20/20 vision for the future and the best time to enhance the surroundings in order to meet the very high standards that we set ourselves.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused but wish to re-assure all our customers that we are committed to providing an enhanced and enjoyable service and experience for everyone.

We will update everyone and be announcing our dynamic changes within the next few weeks.
