It may be cold and wet on Wednesday night, but you'll have a warm welcome at our Taradiddle Concert. A great band and support from our own Silverline, and rising star Marni, supported by Jim Goodman on guitar and vocals. Free entry, but bring some cash for the hat which will be passed.

Also the Folk Club meets for its normal night on Tuesday.

Come and bring your friends, all welcome, and just to help, the club bar is available with beer at good prices!

Hi everyone, is it really this easy to do a post - why have I not done it before?

Just to let you know that Taradiddle (yep you've never heard of them) are coming to Winscombe as part of a UK tour. they are an eclectic trio from Switzerland. They are playing at our venue The Winscome Club (WC) on 27th August. So please put that date in your diary and come along. There's free entry for WC Members, a slight change from the poster £1 to non-members who will be asked to sign in under new rules. That sum will go towards room hire. The "hat" will be passed to benefit the trio during the second beer break!

Members of Winscombe Folk Club will provide a short support programme, with music from 8pm. Please come along for a varied and fun evening of musical treats, and do please spread the word.
