Back by popular request, The Three Inch Fools will once more perform on our beautiful accessible flat lawn with the backdrop of Acton Scott Hall and Wenlock edge. Friday July 24th 7pm. The garden is looking magnificent and we encourage you to buy your tickets before they all fly off the shelf! Fabulous family friendly performance. Free parking, bar, ice creams.

Our Stan’s latest rain collecting creation in the secret rock garden. If you’ve got any old event banners, here’s one way to reuse them and collect water for your garden at the same time! Do share any other rain harvesting ideas. Of course, the production advertised was by and we can’t wait to see them here again on July 24th for King Arthur and the Holy Fail.

Ready for our annual painting retreat with . It’s always sold out months ahead because she’s a wonderful teacher. Her paintings are stunning - take a look at her website. Anyway, flowers done, cakes baked and the boys sealed the conservatory window leaks just in time 😊🙏🏻.

Father’s Day weekend ideas!Please join us for a lovely traditional village fete 2-4pm. All proceeds to the Historic St Margaret’s Church, Acton Scott. Only £2 entry. Under 16’s free. Make it a full day out with a trip to the weekend Steam Event at . For the Steam Event park at the main farm car park and pay farm entrance fee. Season tickets available. If you also want to come to the village fete follow the signs on foot in the farm. (£2 adults on gate at the signed garden entrance. You can return to the Farm or cafe after visiting the fete. If you are only attending the fete please tell the parking marshal at the crossroads and they will show you where to park at the house.

The beautiful memorial event we have been privileged to share offered the first live music soirée at Acton Scott Hall for many years with professional local musicians. The sounds just resonated of the woodwork. There’s nothing like live music.
