Outstanding dance and drama classes for 3-18 year olds in Chorleywood, Gerrards Cross & Woburn Sands.

Here at CK Theatre School you will find graded classes for all ages in classical ballet, tap, jazz, street and drama. Unlike some of our franchised competitors we follow the syllabi of The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) and The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) which demand that we have suitable qualifications and produce a high standard of work. The exams taken with

these organisation are accredited by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority and at the higher levels achieved by our pupils carry up to 125 UCAS points.This combined with an annual programme of competitions and performances ensures that both the teacher and the student work to their maximum potential constantly progressing whilst enjoying the classes and friendships that are made there.

🎭Work Experience Placements available🎭
We are delighted to be able to offer a small number of work experience placements this year for any young people interested in career in technical theatre or stage management. Working alongside our experienced team, these placements will offer the chance to develop your skills working backstage during 'Peter Pan'. Suitable for anyone age 16+, please do let your friends and family know. Perhaps there are some CKTS siblings who might like to come along and have a go too? Whoops! I've been a bit quiet on here - but I know it's nice to show you what we've been getting up to in class! My students know that when I'm teaching I get a bit carried away and forget to take photos...so I'm making a real effort to try and capture more of the lovely moments we share together at CKTS. Tonight's a big day in the calendar - our senior drama students are auditioning for their roles in Peter Pan! We're super excited to see the talent in the room this evening and start piecing together the casting 🤩🎭
