🌲🥾WELLIES AT THE READY, ELVES… AND DON’T FORGET YOUR WARM COATS!

Hidden beneath the towering Christmas trees of a Christmas tree farm in Charnock Richard, Chorley, Elf Forest is a fully outdoor Christmas experience.

Our secluded setting keeps us quite sheltered from the wind, but very little winter sunshine reaches beneath those huge trees. Under these forest conditions, it can be cold, damp, muddy and sometimes very wet!

When planning your visit, make sure you come dressed for the weather:

🥾 Wellies or sturdy waterproof footwear
🧥 Plenty of warm layers
🌧️ Waterproof coats & clothing
🧤 Hats and gloves on colder days

From the moment they step amongst the Christmas trees, they’ll meet the elves and begin learning how to become an elf!

🍪 Candy Castle – Learn to make Elf Cookies with Candi Nutmeg… but whatever you do, don’t forget the secret ingredient!

🧝 Elf School – Every elf has to go to school!

🧸 Clockwork Toy Lab – Roll up those sleeves! It’s time to put the toys to the test.

📜 Hall of Honour – Discover the all-important Elf Code and learn what it really takes to become a true elf.

🦌 Prancer’s Reindeer Adoption Centre – The reindeer need your help! Mix up your very own tub of magical reindeer food to take home!

🔨 Sprout’s Workshop – Join Parsnip, Pepper and Pea, grab your tools and get ready to fix, build and paint in the busy workshop!

📰 Sorting Office & Printworks – Christmas mail is piling up! Get stuck in and help the elves get it sorted… and don’t forget to sort the stories out for the Elf Chronicle!

With lots of new faces joining us, we thought we’d answer some of the questions you’ve been asking about Elf Forest…

🎟️ How do I book?
Tickets for Christmas 2026 go on sale 9th September. The booking link will be advertised right here on our page, or you’ll be able to book through our website at elfforest.uk

📍 Where are we based?
We’re based in Charnock Richard, Chorley, Lancashire, within a real working Christmas tree farm.

♿ Is Elf Forest wheelchair and mobility scooter accessible?
Elf Forest is based outdoors within a real Christmas tree forest, so the ground can be soft, muddy and uneven in places. As we are under forest conditions, accessibility can depend on the type of wheelchair or mobility scooter and its wheels. We try our very best to accommodate all disabilities.

🥜 Do you cater for food allergies?
Yes! We ask all parents and guardians to make us aware of any food allergies at the time of booking, either in the ticket notes or on the disclaimer form.

🌟 Do you have SEN sessions?
We don’t offer dedicated SEN sessions, however we try our very best to accommodate all disabilities.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Can we visit Elf Forest as a family?
Absolutely! You visit and walk around Elf Forest together as a family and even visit Santa together. The only time you separate is when your Elf-in-Training (children aged 3 and over) take part in the elf activity huts independently, while we ask parents and guardians to watch from just outside.

🏠 Can I go into the activity huts with my child?
We ask all parents and guardians to watch from just outside the activity huts while the children take part independently. This is a special part of the Elf Forest experience, helping children build confidence and independence and giving them that wonderful “I can do this myself!” feeling. Rest assured, you are never more than 2 metres away from your child, and they are always within eyesight and earshot.

📸 Can we take our own photos?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to take as many photos as you like throughout your visit and capture those special Elf Forest memories.
