And just like that… summer's over!

It's time to swap lazy mornings for school runs, packed lunches and getting those learning brains back in gear!

But while the kids head back to the classroom, we're busy looking ahead and getting excited about the Good Times Live Family Fiesta!

We'd love to hear from you - what were your favourite moments from this year's Fiesta? And what would you love to see, do or experience at this special family day next year?

Tell us your ideas below!

That long weekend feeling. No alarm clock on Monday. A whole extra day for Good Times.

Admittedly, this bank holiday hasn't quite brought the same blue skies and sunshine we served up back in May. We may have set the bar slightly too high there!

But grey skies or not, bank holidays were made for Good Times.

And if you're already planning ahead to next year's bank holiday fun... well, we know a little event happening at the end of May that should do the trick.

See you there?

Did you leave your mark at Good Times?

Maybe you signed your name. Left us a lovely little feel-good message. Or wrote something that would require some pretty strict censoring before we could share it here. You know who you are!

But whether you scribbled on the Good Times sign or not, you left your mark in more ways than you probably realise.

Our team is still riding high on the memories, the laughs and the ridiculous amount of Good Times you lot brought through those gates.

And the best bit? We get to do it all over again in just 9 months.

Get those calendars marked: 26th - 31st May 2027.

The countdown is very much ON and the next announcement is SOON!

Three months. THREE MONTHS. How has that happened already?!

The good news? Just nine months until we get to do it all over again. Not that we’re counting. Ok, we absolutely are.

And we'll never get tired of this view: blue skies, a packed Good Times crowd and a comedy stage delivering laugh after laugh.

Are you somewhere in this photo? Then it's time for a little Good Times pop quiz... ↓

What savoury snack was Leigh Francis handing out to the crowd?

Bonus points if you managed to get a photo with him. Pop it in the comments for us to enjoy.

And speaking of being back in this crowd... despite there still being nine months to wait, Comedy Gala 2027 tickets are already nearly 50% SOLD.

Apparently you take your laughing very seriously. Get those tickets locked in and we'll see you back here in May.

Introducing The Ramona Flowers - joining headliners Kaiser Chiefs and special guests The Lottery Winners for Friday night at Good Times Live 2027.

Now, some of you loyal Good Timers might be looking at these faces and thinking... hang on, haven't we met before? You have indeed.

The Ramona Flowers first joined us back in 2024, supporting Sophie Ellis-Bextor at our old Yate home. Three years, one new venue and plenty of Good Times later, we're VERY pleased to be welcoming them back.

And they’ve been rather busy since we last saw them. The Bristol alternative indie outfit have been taking their music around the world, clocking up international radio success and even collaborating with the legendary Nile Rodgers.

Expect big, cinematic indie-pop, seriously catchy songs and a band who already know exactly what a Good Times crowd is capable of.

Friday night tickets are now creeping towards three-quarters sold, so if you fancy being there for The Ramona Flowers’ Good Times homecoming - alongside The Lottery Winners and Kaiser Chiefs - you know what to do.

Who doesn't like a good laugh? Exactly. And we've booked quite a few.

Rob Beckett. Dara Ă“ Briain. Rhys James. Lou Sanders. And maybe a few other surprises along the way...

Basically, more laughs than you can shake your Good Times cup at. Which, for the record, is quite a lot of laughs.

Tickets are flying. Probably because they've seen the lineup.

CAPTION CONTEST!

What exactly was James saying here?

Was he demonstrating the correct technique for carrying your Good Times 2-pint cup?
Trying to get a Mexican wave going?
Celebrating another blinder of a night at Good Times?

Or, knowing James... something considerably less appropriate?

Wrong answers are actively encouraged. Add your suggestion below.

Introducing The Lottery Winners - our very special guests joining headliners Kaiser Chiefs for Friday night at Good Times Live 2027.

We've LOVED seeing how excited you lot are for this lineup. In fact, quite a few of you have told us The Lottery Winners could easily be headlining themselves. And you know what? We like to think every act on that stage has an equally important job: creating some very, very good times.

If you've not met The Lottery Winners yet, firstly, where have you been? The Manchester four-piece are masters of massive singalongs and energetic live shows. They've had two UK Number One albums, toured with the likes of, Robbie Williams and have a habit of turning every crowd they meet into their new best mates.

Basically we're talking: catchy songs, excellent shirts and enough energy to power the whole of Chipping Sodbury for a bank holiday weekend. We think they'll fit in rather nicely.

And it seems you agree, because Friday night tickets are now creeping towards three-quarters sold.

So please don’t end up writing a 'Letter To Myself' about how mad you are that you missed this one.

Lock those tickets in now!

If you've been following us for a while you'll know we've been helping you get to grips with the local lingo. But being a proper job Good Timer isn't just about how you talk. You’ve got to know some lush moves too!

Today we're starting with a classic - the devil horns!

This little hand signal means "rock on" and shows camaraderie between fellow music lovers - you'll find lots of those at Good Times.

How to do it: Fold your middle two fingers into your palm and hold them down with your thumb. Leave your index finger and little finger pointing straight up. Repeat with the other hand and add a little head banging to really solidify your rock credentials.*

One important detail: leave that thumb sticking out to the side, instead of holding your fingers down, and you're sharing a sign of love rather than rock. But frankly, we appreciate both at Good Times Live.

* balancing glass on top of head is optional!
