Happy New Year!
Fancy starting the year with a new creative venture? Exploring Your Expressive Self (E.Y.E.S) starts again on Monday 8th January 2024. This class is live-streamed from Zoom and then saved to a private page meaning you can join in at the time or catch up later.
It has been a wonderful course to teach and is so exciting seeing how people have been very experimental, opening up to ideas and creativity in their own unique way. During the course expect to be inspired by others, pushed out of your comfort zone, learn to play, and get creative! (and try new things and learn techniques and skills along the way too.)

So good to begin the classes again after the Christmas break. We started with tonal work investigating the big shadow shapes that underpin tonal drawings. These are the lovely pieces that where done in the class.

Still thinking you might do a class but can't decide which one? The start of the classes has been delayed by one week so you have more time to think about it!
If you are thinking you'd like to have a go but don't know where to start? Beginners Drawing and Painting ( D & P for the Terrified) is on Wednesday morning from 10-12 and might be the one for you. It will be a step-by-step class aimed at ensuring you will be given techniques and skills to ease you into painting and drawing. This is NOT like the classes you had at school! though you might get some homework to do if you want to do it. I love teaching beginner/novice artists as it's so exciting to see their creativity unfold.
I've also added an Evening Class on Tuesdays from 7-9pm all levels are welcome.
classes are as follows:

Monday: 10-12 Landscape Class
2-4 Exploring Your Expressive Self (in person) FULL
2-4 Exploring Your Expressive Self (online)
Tuesdays 7-9 Evening Drawing and Painting Class
Wednesday. 10-12 Beginners Drawing and Painting
2-4 The Art of Making Art

My art classes start next week the week beginning the 9th January. I’m adding in an evening class on Tuesday nights from 7-9pm as there have been lots of request for one! So the classes are as follows:

Mondays:
10am-12pm: Landscape Class working in my studio and sometimes outside
2-4pm: Exploring Your Expressive Self. In-person and online class for artistic development and mentoring.

Tuesdays:
7-9pm: Painting and drawing class for all levels of experience

Wednesdays:
10am-12pm: Drawing and paintjng for the terrified. A beginners class for those who feel creatively challenged/afraid but want to have a go!

All classes last for two blocks of 6 weeks and are £100 for 6 weeks. Do a second class in the same 6 week block and get £20 off.
