Another wall installation. Ribbons of clay in varying shades of gloss white, cream and everything in between. Initially I was gonna arrange them in a circle but then I thought it would took like worms swimming in a perto dish 🫣 só rectangle it was. In the end I think it worked out really well with the headboard. Now here’s to hoping none of them will land on us while we sleep 🤞🏽🤞🏽

The making of, installation and final result of our handmade tiles in my cotswolds kitchen. It was a labour of love, with each tile cit my hand, left to dry slowly between plaster boards and then individually glazed. Love the final result!

Bowls are still one of those things I can keep on making for the house: you can never have too many as with time some invariably go MIA 🤨 . For that reason they are also a great vehicle for experimentation - you can’t take a bowl that is bound to get broken too seriously. These are decorated with a variety of oxides over glaze which is a technique I never used but quite like!

During lockdown, with no access to the studio I focused on hand building for some clay relief. Affectionately nicknamed the elephant this is a decorative piece built in this lovely gray clay and glazed in layers to give it this stone-like texture.
