Chippenham and District Artists Chippenham and District Artists was formed over 20 years ago from an earlier group.

Our aims are to support artists in this locality, to help them to develop and improve their skills and to meet people who have similar interests.

Glyn's Monday session this month was in the garden of the Angel in Chippenham. We had a wonderful opportunity to paint together in the early summer sun. Such a lovely afternoon with an enthusiastic group - guided by our resident tutor Glyn Overton.

Next session is Monday 1pm, 20th July at Brewers Fayre, West Cepen Way, Chippenham. You're welcome to come along.

We have members at every level from complete beginners, hobbyists who paint for pleasure, and people who've been creating for decades. What everyone has in common is a love of art and a very large appetite for tea and biscuits ☕!

Come a join us for our monthly Painting with Glyn. This month’s theme is REFLECTIONS…

We see reflections in metal, glass, water and puddles. You may wish to bring in some reflective objects of your own such as glassware, spoons, kettles, mirrors bottles and draw directly. I do have some reference images and more in terms of water reflections.
This may be more of a drawing task or you could use watercolour.

1-4pm at the Rotary Hall, Station Road, Chippenham.
