This is a very friendly choir of about 40 auditioned singers specialising in classical choral music.

It rehearses on Wednesday evenings and gives 3 concerts per year.

Chichester Chorale concludes its 20th anniversary season celebrations by returning to Boxgrove Priory to perform music including Vivaldi’s Gloria, Monteverdi’s Beatus Vir and Buxtehude’s Magnificat.

In this, the choir’s 20th Anniversary Year, today we had a wonderful addition to our usual schedule: we sang Mass at Westminster Cathedral. Lovely Schubert, Brahms, and Bruckner in a beautiful building. Thank you to Daniel Greenway for welcoming us and playing the organ so brilliantly, and to some of our loyal audience who travelled to London to hear us.

Well, that’s a wrap for 2024. Thanks to our fantastic audience who braved the wind and rain to join us for the opening concert of our 20th Anniversary Season. Here we are after the performance with our patron . A special thanks to .pinel for his wonderful playing and all of our singers in the Chichester Chorale family. We’re going to enjoy a good rest and then back at it in 2025 💪. Merry Christmas to one and all (and a Happy Advent in the meantime!)🎄 x
