🎁 Santa must have thought we were on the “nice list” this year because he’s brought us an Assault Runner! It will be arriving at the end of December, and we can’t wait for you to come and try it out. Perfect timing for those January goals! 💪✨

With Christmas just around the corner, we wanted to share our festive opening hours so you can plan your workouts around all the mince pies, family time and well earned relaxation!

Our amazing team works incredibly hard all year round, so we’re giving them the chance to enjoy Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day with their loved ones,they absolutely deserve it. ❤️

Here are our Christmas opening hours:

24th December: Closes 4pm
25th December: Closed
26th December: Closed
27th December: Open from 6am
28th December: Normal hours
29th December: Normal hours
30th December: Normal hours
31st December: Closes 4pm
1st January: Closed
2nd January: Open from 6am

We’re collecting donations to help pups in need this winter, and every little bit makes a huge difference. 💛

You’ll find donation boxes in the gym for beds, blankets, toys, harnesses, treats & more.
We’ll also have their official donation pages and text-to-donate numbers available on each box and at reception for anyone who prefers to give online. 💌

As a thank you, the gym will gift you a little something for every donation made. 🎁
