✨ Circus Tip of the Week: Build Upper Body Strength at Home! ✨

Want to level up your aerial skills? Strength is key! Here are three safe and simple ways to build upper body strength at home:
Hang Time: Practice dead hangs from a sturdy bar for 10-30 seconds to build grip and shoulder strength.
• Push-Up Power: Standard or modified pushups help develop arm, chest, and core strength
-essential for climbing silks or trapeze work!
Resistance Bands: Use bands for rows and lat pulldowns to mimic aerial movements and strengthen your back safely.
Consistency is key-strong arms, strong skills!
Keep training smart, and you'll feel the difference in class.
