Morning yoga with Bex Luther hits different❤️

Missed it? will be hosting a Yin Yoga session at 1:30pm

Looking to be inspired? Head to IGNITE where , Jen Hunter and Niels Corfield will be discussing regeneration from soil to soul.

Music starts at 12:30 with bringing the soulful midday sounds and don’t miss at 19:30 as they take you on a sacred journey with Mongolian throat singing, sacred rattles and natural rhythms🌀
