🎶 What we do: Explore music, movement, sound & play – the perfect first step into dance! Build confidence, balance and make lovely memories together.

Join us every Thursday for a fun-filled hour of dance, fitness, and feel-good energy. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, meet new people, or simply enjoy moving to great music, this class is for you.
