Burlesque (THURSDAY'S 7-9pm)
Unleash the showgirl within & join our fun Burlesque class on a Thursday. With a variety of modern day dance styles & traditional Burlesque we will teach you from walking in heels with confidence to technical routines. Once you feel ready you can always join 'Beguiled' our Burlesque group, often booked for professional appearances and parties. HOUSE of DANCE Parties

As part of The Happy Me Month, Week 3 is all about Fuel Up helping children understand how food supports energy, growth, focus, and overall wellbeing.

Alongside what the children will be learning in class, we’re delighted to be hosting a free parent talk with Tom, a trained nutritionist.

This session will cover:

How to support children’s energy levels through balanced nutrition
Simple, realistic food swaps
Fuel for focus and movement
Creating healthy habits without pressure


This is an open, practical, and supportive talk designed to give parents confidence and clarity without overwhelm.
