Our hotel made it into a little article written by Mersey Care NHS Trust
We would like to take this opportunity to apologize for anyone who may take offence by the naming of our scare hotel, and the attraction itself in no way depicts any mental health issues whatsoever. At Psychotel we are pushing the boundaries in what it takes to scare people and is classed as an "extreme event". we feel that our attraction is named appropriately due to the style and themes within the attraction created for entertainment purposes only.
If there are any questions deriving the themes involved with Psychotel please do contact us.

Social media users have tagged the Mersey Care NHS Trust and their recently launched Big Brew campaign, an initiative that aims to normalise mental health issues by talking over a cuppa, after becoming outraged over Halloween scare attractions using negative stereotypes of mental illness.
