To round off our truly inspiring weekend, today we hit the stage for our partner festival! Thank you .lyceum for an amazing day! We had a great time! And made new friends along the way! Congratulations to our cast for a truly brilliant performance! And congratulations too to our festival friends too!

On Tuesday we had the best time performing in the cockpit theatre at Shakespeare North Playhouse! Thank you so much for having us! Our young people had the best time!!

We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate our girl on her brilliant performance on Saturday at a sold out Everyman theatre! We too knew you were destined for great things! We have watched you grow from that cold attic room in the boat museum to an international sell out artist who has people queuing for returns! Congratulations on your achievement Jade, your boaty family is dead proud!! Congrats also to the whole team, a show is a sum of all its parts!

Today is World Art Day!! 🥳

Today I was reminded of a beautiful, wonderful truth… Art doesn’t just arrive fully formed… it begins with playfulness and curiosity.

Amy Lou came in for headshots today — and left having taken her first steps behind the camera too. Learning, experimenting, playing… and absolutely loving it!

This is what the Boaty spirit is all about! Because creativity isn’t reserved for a precious few — it’s a gift found in each of us, that we unwrap together.

Art lives in the doing. In the trying, the failing, the resilience to start again.

In the courage to try something new.
And today… We saw exactly that! 💙

This week, New Place felt like home!

This wonderful bunch of young people filled the space with laughter and creative energy and christened the place as a performance space.

Well done to the cast of The Animals on two brilliant and heartfelt performances. You smashed it!
