A lot of tuning appointments that I have completed were for pianos that required a pitch raise. Whenever someone arranges a time for me to carry out a tuning, it’s likely they are unaware their piano requires this. The customer will question, quite rightly, why it’s worth paying more than expect...

Hello everyone. This marks the first post that I've written on this page, directly to you. Hopefully it will be the first of many in the future…
