🔨Preventative maintenance.
🔨Managing basic plumbing and electrical fitting work effectively.
🔨Managing several different projects simultaneously.
🔨Working to deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills and be willing to learn new skills and not be afraid to get stuck in where needed.
