A little bit cooler today and a glorious day painting by the Wye, revisiting a favourite spot and finding a new one. I was at the Wye and Elan confluence in the morning and in the afternoon I explored a new footpath from Newbridge. Both paintings will be finished in my studio and shown in Hereford from 14th June. I have been waiting to share this painting ”Steps” which accompanies the brilliant single of the same name, to be released on 9th June. Thank you for trusting me with your artwork Elin Grace. I am honoured.

my first single ‘Steps’ is coming out on the 9th of June.

I’m beyond excited to finally put this out - ‘Steps’ is a song about bittersweet nostalgia, for adolescence, for childhood friends, and for that heavy, end of summer feeling knowing everything is soon to change.

recorded this with wonderful a while back and we had such a lovely time, with for the guitar magic, and mix by the incredible - a true wizard.
