*** IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT***

Today marks our 10th birthday. Brick Door Theatre Company was incorporated on this day, 2013.

Since then we have worked with the most wonderful and incredible creatives; actors, dancers, musicians, composers, writers, artists, poets, producers, dramaturgs, singers, festivals, other theatre companies and so many more.

We’ve had the most amazing support from venues, sponsors, volunteers, donators and our followers who shared, liked and commented on every post.

All those who have been a part of the Brick Door family know that we couldn’t have done it without our audiences. Human or animal.

Thank you ALL for letting me (Laura Laura May Attwood) be playful, be political. Thank you for accepting my questions and taking them away with you. Thank you for sharing and for coming on the adventure with me.

I always knew I wanted to perform, but I was never dog eat dog enough for London, so this was a dream come true.

It is with a heavy heart but sensible mind that Brick Door Theatre Company is now closed. We have applied for the company to be struck off from Companies House.

What does this mean for the future?
Well who knows…

but right from the start we’ve always said... “Peace, Love, Keep Smiling & Don’t Panic” ❤️🎭

🎭🌍 Geneva on tour to Front Room in Weston-Super-Mare! 🌟Front Room is a brand new fringe theatre in Weston-Super-Mare with a fantastic ethos. They aim to present exciting adult and family theatre productions to the Weston community while providing a platform for local artists and theatre companies to share their work. We are incredibly proud to bring our show to this vibrant venue that supports and celebrates the arts!

"The Geneva Convention of Human F**ks" is an important and thought-provoking show that tackles challenging subjects. It is not an easy journey, but we believe it is a vital one. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to share this powerful production with the audiences in Weston-Super-Mare and engage in meaningful conversations that can inspire change and reflection.

THE ROLLRIGHT TRUST - ARTS WEEK 2023

CALLING ALL ARTISTS

NOTICE - ENTRIES FOR THIS EVENT ARE NOW CLOSED

An invitation to all artists of all abilities to enroll in a DRAWING/SKETCHING/ PAINTING event at the Rollright Stones on Saturday April 22nd from 1 - 4pm
Overseen by highly experienced and well known local artist Stella Carr (https://www.stellacarr.co.uk/) artists are tasked with producing a piece of work during the afternoon of any aspect of the Kings Men stone circle.

Finished works will be exhibited at Wyatts Farm Shop and Garden Centre during Arts Week from 13th – 21st of May 2023.

NOTICE - ENTRIES FOR THIS EVENT ARE NOW CLOSED

Entry fee is £10.00 with proceeds going to the Rollright Trust.
High quality cartridge paper , basic materials and cardboard drawing boards will be provided but everyone welcome to bring along their preferred items ( MAX SIZE A3)

All participants are asked to bring along their own seating and waterproofing , to wear suitable clothing and footwear NOTE: there are NO facilities on site but facilities can be found at the Red Lion , Long Compton and Wyatts Garden Centre, both within 1 mile
