Hi guys, The Queenstown Social Club Swindon will reopen this Thursday 22nd July, opening hours will the 12-6pm Monday to Thursday, and normal hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The bingo will not start until Saturday 31st July.

Due to the number of staff and members who have tested positive for COVID, a decision has been made to shut the Queenstown Club. The club will be deep cleaned and will reopen on Wednesday 28th July.

Hi guys, sorry but the Queenstown Social Club Swindon will be closed today and tomorrow due to the weather forecast, the furniture will all be wet and we are only able to accommodate 6 people in the Smoking Shelter. We will be open inside as from Monday.

Hi guys

The club is due to be open tomorrow 12th April from 12-7.30pm, but this is dependent on the weather. Snow is forecast, so a decision will be made at 11am if the opening will go ahead. You are welcome to call the club between 11am and 12pm for confirmation of opening.

Because of the announcement today by the Government, the Queenstown Club will be closing at 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays, during the week we already close before the 10pm deadline.

Last orders will be called at 9.30pm and everyone will only have 20 minutes drinking up time. You must vacate the club by 9.50pm and the doors will be locked by 10pm. Anyone not adhering to this will have to appear before the committee.

The club will be table service only and we are able to sit a maximum of 57 persons only.

Bingo on a Saturday will start at 7pm sharp, tickets must be purchased before 6.55pm. Anyone arriving after 7pm will not be able to play.

We have entertainment this Sunday, 3pm to 6pm and as we can only accommodate 57 people, entry will be for members only.

Members are requested to adhere to the new measures, as we can not afford to be fined.

Ok guys, some good news, the bingo will be on again this Saturday in the Queenstown Club. Tickets will be sold prior to the start of the bingo as a package for the evening, you will be able to buy a 6 ticket or 3 ticket package which will include the first session, the second session, the bonus flyer, one card game and one stand up. The 6 ticket package will cost £12.50 and the 3 ticket package will cost £8. The books will be on sale in the TV room and we would appreciate if you could have the correct money. Only four people can sit around a table and if possible one person each table to purchase the tickets for the table. People will be served drinks by a table service. If anyone has any questions please pm me. Please adhered to the rules of the club during this current situation.

As per the Government announcement the Queenstown Club will close tonight at 11.00.pm until further notice. Please stay safe guys ###

Hi guys, due the Coronavirus the club will only be open from Monday 23rd March 2020 as follows:

Monday to Friday - Closed
Saturday - 12.00 to 4.00pm
Sunday - 12.00 to 4.00pm

This is an changeable situation and will be reviewed as and when the situation requires.

This means that the bingo is cancelled for the foreseeable future.

We are very sorry that we have had to take theses actions but we have to make sure that our members and staff are not at risk.

We would also ask members to use contactless payments if possible and return their own glasses to the glass washer tray to minimise risk of contamination.

The committee would like to thank members for their co-operation.
