Just some of the fab photos of the SDL Prom ‘26. We are so grateful to Dan’s parents for coming along to take pictures - it was a wonderful event - so much fun and beautifully organised by the Prom committee! Not quite at the end of the year yet but definitely a highlight! 🥳

Last night was our first ever SDL prom - not many photos (yet) - I was too busy enjoying the party to photograph it. It was an enormous amount of fun, with all 40 students in attendance and looking sensational! A HUGE thank you to the Prom committee - Seren, Jess, Tilly, Gabby, Renèe, JJ, Liam, Connor, Charley & Dan for all the work they put in to organise not just this but also the fundraiser, which meant that it was an accessible and affordable night for all. Also massive thanks to Matt W for being an excellent DJ, to Dan’s parents for taking official photos (coming soon!) and Leah’s parents for running the most delicious bbq, to all the parents and friends who supported the event through their donations at the fundraiser, and to Charlton Kings Cricket Club for having us. Class of 2026: The Firestarters, proving, yet again, that they’re a groundbreaking year group!

Final stop on the Children’s Theatre tour for our 2nd Years - The Time Travelling Guitar at Christ Church primary school. Well done to Harry, Connor, Alina, Liam & Gabby who entertained the entire school on the hottest day of the year so far, AND the last day of term (they were only expecting Year 3…) A great way to end a fab project with 10 primary schools visited this week!
