When people feel safe, connection becomes easier.
When people feel seen, confidence grows.
When people feel celebrated, communities become stronger.

✨ Speaker Spotlight: Patrick Regan OBE ✨

At DOSE Fest, we’re passionate about bringing together inspiring voices who are helping to create happier, healthier and more connected communities along with simple steps to support you on your way - so when Patrick reached out to me, it felt like a bit of a no-brainer and blessing in disguise 🥰🙏

We’re delighted to welcome Patrick Regan OBE to the Equation Stage, where he’ll be sharing insights from his extraordinary journey supporting mental health, resilience and wellbeing across the UK.

Patrick Regan OBE is the Founder and Director of Brighter Days, a speaker, activist, and Sunday Times bestselling author passionate about mental health, resilience and wellbeing.

He founded two award-winning charities: XLP and Kintsugi Hope, supporting young people and mental wellbeing across the UK. A Mental Health First Aider and social justice campaigner, Patrick was awarded an OBE by Queen Elizabeth II for his services to young people.

Patrick is an Honorary Fellow of London South Bank University and was named CEO of the Year 2023 for mental health training. He is also the author of several books, including the Sunday Times bestseller Small Steps for Big Change, which encourages readers to create lasting change through small, intentional steps.

There will also be a chance to buy Patrick’s award-winning book on the day, and he’ll be signing copies at DOSE Fest.

There is no single formula for wellbeing.

What works for one person might not work for another.

That is why DOSE Fest includes a wide mix of experiences across the day.

Movement sessions.
Creative workshops.
Talks and learning spaces.
Community connection.
Products and wellbeing services.

The goal is to help people explore what supports them personally.

📣 Sometimes wellbeing begins with simply slowing down.

We are so pleased to welcome Olivia, founder of The Sundara Space, to DOSE Fest on Saturday 18th July.

Olivia is a yoga teacher who is passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect and feel good from the inside out. With a love for movement, mindfulness and natural living, her classes focus on how yoga feels, rather than how it looks.

At DOSE Fest, Olivia will be bringing beginner-friendly yoga, calming energy and a chance to move, breathe and take a moment for yourself.

We are especially proud to welcome Olivia as someone who already uses The Angel Pavilion Community Hub for her wonderful classes - so if you are local and looking for a welcoming space to begin or return to yoga, do feel free to get in touch with her. And see what goes on at our beautiful venue beyond hours 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

This links beautifully with the mission of DOSE Fest: creating accessible, inclusive experiences that help people feel happier, healthier, calmer, more connected and more empowered in their wellbeing.

We cannot wait to welcome Olivia and The Sundara Space to DOSE Fest.

✨ Meet our Wellness Warriors ✨

DOSE Fest is being shaped by people who genuinely believe in creating positive change, and Linda is one of those people.

Next up…

💜 Linda McNeill
Teacher .positivebirthprep

Why have you chosen to be a DOSE Fest Wellness Warrior?
“I’m very happy to be assisting Myra with her epic project and to be a Wellness Warrior, as I love her values and the positive changes she is going to make in the world.”

Why does DOSE Fest resonate with you?
“The DOSE model matters to me because I believe wellbeing is fundamental to a happy life, and this starts with understanding how our hormones can support and enhance it.”

How do you take care of your personal wellbeing?
“I try hard to practise what I preach, but I am always a work in progress! Things I do to activate my happy hormones include exercise and singing, breathwork, meditation, and spending time with the people I love.”

Linda’s belief in wellbeing as a foundation for a happy life and her commitment to living it day to day is exactly what DOSE Fest is all about. 💫

📣 Well honestly, What would Devika say? 😍

Some parts of wellbeing can feel harder to talk about - but they matter deeply.

That’s why we are so pleased to welcome Devika from Sassonage Therapies to DOSE Fest on Saturday 18th July.

Devika is a qualified Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist who supports people to explore, understand and improve their relationship, intimacy and emotional wellbeing in a safe, thoughtful and inclusive way.

At DOSE Fest, Devika will be bringing an important and often under-discussed part of wellbeing into the conversation: how we build healthier relationships with ourselves and with others and live happier lives as a result.

Their workshop will gently explore themes such as self-love, emotional wellbeing, consent, boundaries, communication and what healthy relationships can look and feel like - including friendships, family connections, romantic relationships and the relationship we have with ourselves.

Devika’s space will also include information and interactive activities, with age-appropriate resources available throughout the day and a discreet 18+ section for adults.

This links beautifully with the mission of DOSE Fest: creating safe, inclusive spaces where people can feel happier, healthier, better informed and more empowered in every part of life.

We are really looking forward to welcoming Devika and Sassonage Therapies to DOSE Fest.

Everyone deserves spaces where they feel accepted, valued and free to show up exactly as they are.

Pride Month is a reminder that identity should never need permission, and belonging should never feel earned.

At DOSE Fest, we believe wellbeing grows when people feel safe, seen and supported. 🌈💜

Share this if you believe everyone deserves to belong.

📣 Let’s welcome another vendor set to be at DOSE Fest on Saturday 18th July! Its the lovely Tamsin from Drums4Health! 🥁

Get ready to feel the beat, because Tamsin is bringing rhythm, energy, movement and a whole lot of joy to DOSE Fest.

Her sessions are all about making wellbeing feel fun, accessible and uplifting. Think drumming, movement, music, smiles, connection and that brilliant moment when everyone finds the beat together.

What we love about Tamsin’s work is how inclusive it is. Through sessions such as Drums4Dementia and SEND-friendly drumming, she creates spaces where people of different ages, abilities and needs can take part, feel welcome and experience the power of rhythm in their own way.

This is exactly what DOSE Fest is about: bringing people together through experiences that help us feel happier, healthier, more connected and more alive.

Across the day, Tamsin will be leading interactive drumming sessions as part of our programme of events - so come along, give drumming a go, find your rhythm and feel the energy for yourself.

We cannot wait to welcome Tamsin and Drums4Health to DOSE Fest.
