Monday has rolled around again!

We did it!

So proud of Farmer Katherine and Farmer Rowan today at Southend Half Marathon. It was hot out there but they both smashed it 🎉😎

Sunday....a day of rest

Or you could pop to Southend and run a Half Marathon, yes we know we are slightly unhinged but running helps up both so much mentally that we choose to do this on our only day off this week!
