While the scale may vary, the thinking is often the same.

This community centre install was designed to support multiple uses.

The right AV installation isn't about adding technology for the sake of it. It's about helping a space work better for the people who use it.

A stage at the heart of it all, a busy field filled with people and then the quiet that follows once everyone has headed home.

What people see is a day of music, entertainment and community. What often goes unseen are the hours spent building it, supporting it and finally packing it all away again.

Fresh week. Fresh focus.

In live events, weekends don’t always mean switching off. Sometimes we’re out delivering shows, sometimes we’re problem-solving, and sometimes it’s about making sure everything is in the right place.

This past weekend was a bit of all of that for us. The team were out working, things were moving, and behind the scenes we were making sure everything was set up properly for the week ahead.

What it’s really reminded us is how important a strong team is. The energy is good, the work is flowing, and our focus is exactly where it should be — delivering for our clients and continuing to do what we love.

We’re grateful for all the support we’ve received, and we’re looking forward to productive weeks ahead.

It's been a challenging seven days, but also a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when people pull together.

Morale is high, and we're continuing to deliver every job to the same standard our clients expect from us.

The response from our customers, suppliers, friends, family and the wider events industry has genuinely helped keep us moving forward - thank you.

A special thank you to Every Child Online , who stepped in and provided the IT equipment we needed. Once we're fully back on our feet, we'll be gifting this equipment back to the charity so it can continue supporting others.

This isn't our permanent home, but it's full of energy and represents another important step forward.

Thank you for standing with us. We're still here, still delivering, and moving forward together.

It's often said that the events industry is built on people. Over the last few days, I've seen exactly what that means.

A huge thank you to our friends at Hylands Estate for offering us office space while we get ourselves back on our feet. Having somewhere for the team to regroup, plan and keep moving forward has made a huge difference over the past few days.

It's easy to take things like a desk, a meeting room or simply being together for granted, until suddenly you don't have them.

The support we've received has been overwhelming. From friends, customers, suppliers and others across the events industry, we've been reminded just how strong this community really is.

Thank you to our friends at Hylands Estate, for being part of that. We won't forget it.

Today we are back at work. A huge thank you to The Chelmsford Club for hosting us — being able to have the team together today, after the fire on Friday, counted for more than I can easily put into words.

We have also had offers of replacement equipment from colleagues across our industry. That support is a large part of why we are in a position to keep our commitments to clients.

We are contacting everyone with work booked in directly. Please bear with us as we do this.

Our phone lines are still unavailable, so please email [email protected] — it is being monitored closely.

Thank you to the emergency services. Essex County Fire and Rescue were on site on Friday and have been there ever since, working through the weekend in hard conditions to make the area safe. Watching them work was something none of us will forget.

Thank you also to everyone who has been in contact since Friday. It has meant a great deal to all of us.

As many of you will have seen, Our premises were affected by the major fire at Highlands Farm on Friday afternoon.

The most important thing is that all of our team are safe and accounted for.

We are still assessing the full impact on our premises and equipment, but we are already working through how we keep everything moving. We are doing everything we can to keep disruption to our clients to an absolute minimum, and we will contact anyone directly if their scheduled work is affected.

Thank you to our friends, family, team, customers, suppliers, colleagues and everyone in the local community who has contacted us or offered support. The response has been overwhelming, and it genuinely means a lot to me and the whole team.

I also want to say a huge thank you to the emergency services for their incredible work in bringing the fire under control and protecting everyone involved.

There will be challenges ahead, but Spotlight Sound is still here, our team is safe, and we will rebuild.

Thank you for bearing with us. We will share further updates as soon as we are able.

One event. One year apart.

It's always rewarding to return to an event and see how it has evolved. No two setups are ever exactly the same.

As the event has grown, so have the production requirements. This year's setup provided more performance space, a stronger visual impact and a design tailored to the way the event would be used.

We're proud to have supported another successful year and look forward to seeing where it goes next.
