No-shows are frustrating. Trust me, I get it.
But this is a story that completely changed the way I look at them.
Sometimes the person who didn’t turn up isn’t being rude, disrespectful, or wasting your time. Sometimes they’re dealing with something far bigger than the inconvenience they’ve caused you.
We rarely know what’s happening behind the scenes in someone else’s life.
