Welcome to day one of

☀️ Let me introduce myself 🙋🏼‍♀️ I am Georgina

☀️ I have had anxiety and panic attack through out my life that worsened more recently in the last 4 years ☀️

☀️ My anxiety developed into depression, which at its worst led me to daily panic attacks, suicidal thoughts & locking myself away ☀️

☀️ I turned to art as an escape and as a way to Journal. I drew when I was supposed to be working to help calm me down and any other chance I got ☀️

☀️ These drawings on postit notes and in my note books turned into the water colour paintings and paint pen art that you see today for sale on ☀️

☀️ I started How Do You Peel in January 2020 near the beginning of my mental health healing journey ☀️

☀️ How Do You Peel? Has developed over the past year from a place to share art, for others know that they are not alone in their journeys ☀️

☀️ To a safe and calm community space where empowered, strong women share their stories, experiences and support with mental health through the Blog ☀️ www.howdoyoupeel.co.uk

☀️ 10% of proceeds from Art purchased on How Do You Peel? Goes towards .uk helping to connect black individuals and families with with black therapists for free ☀️
