What an amazing day 2 we had at the Cheddar Arts Trail!
Thanks so much for everyone who came by. Toays the last day, 44 artists, 19 venues all opening their doors at 10.30am til 4.30pm. Your last chance to come and check out all the fantastic work on show.

We meet every Tuesday, 10am–12pm at the old Arts Quarter building in Cheddar.

In the sessions has a gentle theme to help people explore, experiment and try new things with textiles — but there’s no pressure to follow it. Come with an idea, or come with none at all.

Day 18 – Collaboration seam_collective

The best ideas often arrive around a shared table. Collaboration—teaching, learning, and making side by side—pushes my work in directions I’d never find alone.
I work with Cheddar Textile Group creating amazing pieces and bring ideas together.

We’re back after a month off — and what a creative restart it was! 🎨✨
This week, the Cheddar Textile Group took on a three-colour abstract challenge to loosen up and explore where the brushstrokes took us. Each mini artwork is bursting with energy and colour, and soon we’ll be embellishing them with stitch to create small textile artworks.

No rules, just creativity — that’s our motto.
A friendly, welcoming space to experiment, chat, and enjoy a cuppa together every Tuesday, 10–12 ☕🧵
