A recording studio in Greater Manchester run by producer/bassist for The Covasettes, Jamie McIntyre.

Little Brook Studio is a music production studio in Gatley run by Jamie McIntyre the bass player & producer for Manchester indie band The Covasettes. Jamie has over a decade of experience recording all things "guitar music" and has amassed over 4 million streams on Spotify alone over the course of this career. His musical career started at the early age of 8, when he began training as a chorister for the world-renowned Magdalen College Choir, Oxford. During this time, Jamie was fortunate enough to work with industry greats such as Paul McCartney for his Ecce Cor Meum (recorded at Abbey Road Studios), Kate Bush performing on the Golden Compass Soundtrack, and Josh Groban on his multi-platinum album Noël

Today, Jamie's projects span an eclectic range of genres ranging from indie-pop to progressive metal with a focus on all things guitar-based. If you want a massive, modern yet lively and authentic-sounding record, then Little Brook Studio is the place to go.

Been an unreal week. Started with Scouting For Girls on the Isle of White, followed by an all expenses paid trip to PORTUGAL to play CA Vilar de Mouros which was headlined by Kasabian, and ended with one our all time favourite festivals, 110 Above Festival

Plus we got to hang out with the lovely boys in The Lilacs all week.

Despite the 3-day hangover, I still have the best job in the world

Hello everyone

Thanks for all the birthday wishes! As you may have seen, not only is today my 30th birthday but it's also the FINAL day you have to buy my debut album to help get us in the charts.

We're currently fighting to get a top 40 album, and a number 1 in the download charts and it's really close. If they closed the ballot today instead of tomorrow, we'd have crushed it.

Sadly though, today is where the big artists will start pulling out their biggest guns and we're going to have to fight for our lives to keep up.

If you want to give me the best birthday present possible, and you have £4.99 in your pocket then head to iTunes and grab a digital copy. That counts towards both the main charts, and the download charts so it's a great way to give us a final push

If you want a physical copy, you have until 4pm today (14th May) or the charts people will stop counting them towards this week.

Huge thanks to everyone for their support so far. It's been a long and tiring week and it's the kind words and generosity of friends, family and fans that's kept us going through all of this

Thrilled to be able to say that this song landed on TWO editorial playlists, reaching thousands of listeners worldwide. 🌍🎶

Today we're looking back on 'Wave' by The Covasettes.

Personally, I think this may well be my best production to date (that's currently released 😉).

No matter how experienced you are, it's rare to get a final mix that's 100% perfection, exactly the way you envisioned it.

And yet that's exactly what we achieved with this song! I couldn't be more proud.

This is a BIG one. Of all the songs I've worked on, it's hard to argue that this is a standout in my career so far.

2 million streams, a shoutout from Tubbo with his over 5 million Twitch followers.... this song TRIPLED The Covasettes social media following in a single day.

Oh and did I mention that this song earns more money per month than the average minimum-wage teenager? Sure, that's not a lot of money, but it's still pretty wild!
