If you haven’t checked out yet - we recommend heading over and giving a follow as she’s posting many BTS interviews with loads of bands from the festival - must have been hard work covering the main stage and the /Gary’s Stage so hats off to her and cameraman dre for getting so much! 👏🙏

We cannot believe it’s been just over 4 weeks since Riverside!!! 🎉✨

Over the next couple of days, we’ll be thanking and talking about you all! 🙌

Riverside Festival 2025 – Our best ever. 🌞🎶🎸

The sun shone, the bands sang, and the crowd clapped 👏🥁🎤. What a great weekend! We started with an apposite blessing from Rev Fergus, who – whilst claiming no personal credit – had been praying hard for us, and lo! The Lord did giveth: we had almost no rain (almost… ☔️😉).

The community came out in droves from the moment we opened the gates 🚪👥, and just kept coming. The site was as busy as it’s ever been, and our huge range of entertainment was enjoyed by all (well, we couldn’t hear any booing above the huge cheers 🎶👏).

Free kids’ entertainment 🎈🎭, country craft skills 🪓🪵, medieval reenactment ⚔️🛡️, Jazz 🎷, Blues 🎸, Rock 🎵, Pop 🎤, and Indie 🎶 all rubbed shoulders across 4 stages and well over 50 acts! 🎪🔥

There are so many bands that we can’t thank them all, but we must mention our partners: Lee, Grace, and Deadly from Quickfix Recordings for running Gary’s Stage 🎧🎶; Glenda and her crew for the Fringe Stage 🎭; and Chris for the Buskers Stage 🎸🎤.

And of course, Mainstage-Mark, on the er… main stage 🤹‍♂️🎵, kept our mind-boggling carousel turnaround of bands going – a feat in itself, especially when you get a massive band with half a dozen instruments each (no names… no pedal steel, boys 😅🎶)

We will be back tomorrow with a whole heap of thank yous but in the meantime, if you have any photos or videos then please send them in, we would love to share them :)

🎉 We can’t believe we’re saying this... but it’s time to close out Charlbury Riverside Festival 2025! 🎉

💥 Main Stage – 7:00 PM:
Bringing the house down and closing our Main Stage with a BANG — it’s the one and only THE STANDARD! Expect huge energy, epic tunes, and one last massive singalong to end the weekend in true Riverside style! 🎤🎸🙌

🔥 Quickfix Stage – 7:15 PM:
Wrapping up an unforgettable weekend over on the Quickfix is the mighty The Kokroachez! Get ready to stomp, sway, and shout with one of the most explosive bands of the festival! 🪲🔥🎶

💖 THANK YOU to every single one of you who came, danced, sang your hearts out, braved the rain, drank the bar dry, and made this the best Charlbury Riverside Festival yet. You've brought the magic, the madness, and the love — we couldn’t have done it without you. 💃🎪🎉

🎉 Charlbury Riverside Festival – The Sunday Finale Begins! 🎉

We’re heading into golden hour and closing the Fringe with style, soul, and pure sound magic. 🌅🎶

🧪 6:20 PM – Fringe Stage:
Closing off the Fringe with flair is none other than Doctor Steevo! Expect sonic surprises and genre-bending brilliance from this local legend. Come soak it up — it’s your last chance to catch the Fringe vibe this year! 🎛️🩺✨

🎸 6:20 PM – Quickfix Stage:
Meanwhile, over at Quickfix, it’s the return of the almighty Black Nielson! Rich melodies, tight grooves, and a sound that hits in all the right places. Don’t sleep on this set — it’s a festival fave for a reason. 🖤🎸🔥

Let’s finish strong, Charlbury! The sun’s out, the music’s flowing, and the best crowd in Oxfordshire is here for it. 💃🌞🥁

We’re deep into Day 2 and the stages are absolutely alive with music, mates, and magic! 💫🎶

🌥️ 5:20 PM – Fringe Stage:
Float over to the Fringe and catch The Cloud — dreamy, dynamic, and ready to lift you up with their gorgeous set. Let yourself drift into their soundscape. ☁️🎸✨

🎨 5:30 PM – Quickfix Stage:
It’s time for Sketchdoll to bring the colour and chaos in all the best ways! Expect driving riffs, quirky energy, and major indie power. Don’t miss it! 🖍️🎤⚡

🌈 6:00 PM – Main Stage:
Get ready for pure sonic elevation with alto alto — bringing shimmering synths, silky vocals, and rhythm that'll have you grooving into the evening. This set is going to be lush. 🎹🕺🌇
