... a little triptych etching titled 'Crows'. Recently splashed out on a decent mount. However the frame is from a local antique shop, I love the patina on the frame, I think it suits the little etching 😉

...another place that I am drawn to (yes pune intended) is Porlock Weir in North Somerset. I am very fortunate to live in a wonderful part of the UK, the South West. We have the Jurassic Coast to the south and the amazing inspirational North Coastline of Somerset. Porlock Weir never disapoints!

Continuing with experiments, I tried my etching inks for printing, realised thes are not suitable for relief printing, however the result looks good if not dry!

Have a great weekend 😁

Kerry and myself were given a linocut starter kit last summer when I retired by our children (all adults!). We have only just started to use the kit, these are our first attempts at linocut since we were at infant's school many, many years ago.

We have totally enjoyed the experiences...we are hooked. Looking forward to many more exciting new projects as this is totally new and completely different to our own chosen forms of mark making.
