Arts Care Gofal Celf Dance Promoting inclusive practice of high quality community dance within the communities of Pembrokeshire & Carmarthenshire

Arts Care Gofal Celf Dance co-ordinates and delivers high quality dance projects, activities and workshops for people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds by working with our diverse team of trained and experienced Professional Dance Artists. It offers opportunities to get involved in dance whether for fun, health and well-being, social interaction or creative enjoyment or as a pathway into a professional career.

We will meet and set off within our own world while we stay connected with the group through a silent disco experience! 🎧 we head towards Coppet Hall and move along with a bespoke playlist and movement session catered for the group, maybe even a rave in the tunnel!

It's gentle, paced correctly for the group and we look forward to coffee and cake after the session.

A week today we're holding an inclusive, multi-arts festival for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, plus their friends, family and support workers.

There'll be music including Preseli Pete & The Bluestone Boys, dance sessions and art workshops.
