Had a relaxing and beautiful lunch at The 2 Sisters , enjoying some calm time sketching what I saw, heard and feel. So helpful after a busy morning and has set me up so I'm ready to face a busy afternoon!

Playing in the studio today, developing ideas for boxing events and workshops.
It's so calming, just playing with the colours and making marks.

Looking for something to do today in ? Tullie is having a 1st birthday celebration since the reopening!

We are running a colour and doodle table, for kids and grown up to get involved!

We will also be running a couple of workshops, helping people slow down, and draw some objects from the Carlisle gallery.

Having a great morning at running a colouring and doodle table for their 1 year birthday since reopening!
There's cake, tours, crafting and free entry to the Carlisle Gallery, not bad for a Sunday afternoon in ! 😊

Thankyou to everyone who visited the Culture Bazaar event on Saturday!

We had a brilliant time chatting to people about how the event made them feel and capturing their ideas for next year's 2 day celebration event!

Also offering a chill space for people to come and doodle. Amazing what a stack of paper and some pens can achieve! 😁

We had an epic time chatting to people at Multicultural Cumbria 's Cultural Bazaar event this weekend!
Thankyou to everyone who stopped and shared their ideas for next year's event, celebrating 20 years!!

We also had lots of fun drawing our faces and sharing how the event made us feel.

Brilliant day, filled with warm, friendly talented people. 🎉🎉🎉

thankyou for day one of the gentle reset week, to help me get back into the work day with kindness.
I treated myself to a delicious matcha and raspberry iced coffee from , enjoy a walk while we had blue skies and managed some sketching before coming back to do a journalling prompt.
10/10 way to start your Monday, would recommend for a happy heart 😁😁☀️☀️🎨🎨

Thankyou to the wonderful for hosting a brilliant networking event for local businesses!
The networking doodle board was a great success with lots of interest and lovely people contributing!
