Hello, My names Phoebe, im 21 😊 I’m an apprentice tattoo artist. I love doing the traditional style, and I also love doing ocean themed tattoos. I’ve always been into art since I was young, since getting my first tattoo at 18 i knew that’s what I wanted to do. I love tattooing and seeing the outcome of my work/art on people, and seeing how happy it makes others when a design comes to life 😄
