🎄🎅 EXPRESS DANCE STUDIOS AT CARLISLE CHRISTMAS LIGHT SWITCH ON 2026! 🎅🎄

We are SO excited to announce that Express Dance Studios will be performing at this year’s Carlisle Christmas Light Switch On! 🩷🩵

As we prepare for this amazing opportunity, we have made some slight changes to our timetable for Express Stars (ages 5–8) and Dance Fusion (ages 9+) over the coming weeks. These changes will give us some extra time to practise, polish our routines and make sure our dancers are ready to shine on the big day! ✨

📣 IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR PARENTS

For any dancers who would like to take part in the performance, attendance at classes over the next few weeks is essential. We have lots to learn and rehearse, so please only miss classes in exceptional circumstances.

We want every dancer to feel confident, prepared and proud when they step out in front of the crowds! 🥹🩷

This is such an exciting opportunity for our dancers, and we cannot wait to represent Express Dance Studios and show Carlisle what our amazing children can do! 🌟

Thank you, as always, for your continued support. Let’s make this one to remember! 🎄🎶

📸 PHOTOGRAPHY DAY THIS SATURDAY! 🩷🩵

This Saturday, we have teamed up with the fabulous Ryan from Ryan Allinson Photography to capture some amazing photos during all 4 of our classes! 🥳🎊

This is a fantastic opportunity for parents to get some lovely action shots of their children enjoying their dance class, as well as giving us some beautiful, new and updated photos for Express Dance Studios! 📸✨

👚 UNIFORM:
We ask that all dancers who have an Express Dance Studios uniform please come to class wearing it this week. 🩷🩵

However, please don’t worry if your child doesn’t have one — uniform is absolutely not essential and they are more than welcome to come in their usual dancewear. 🥰

📧 SEN CLASS:
If your child is part of our SEN class and is booked onto this week’s session, please keep an eye on your emails. You will receive a photographic consent form from us.

If your child does not have consent to be featured on our social media, please don’t worry! We will still send you their photographs for your personal use once we receive them. These images will not be posted on our social media pages. 🩷🩵

We’re so excited to see everyone this Saturday and can’t wait to capture some special moments from our classes! 🥳📸

Thank you as always for your continued support! 🩷🩵

🏃‍♀️💙 WHAT AN ACHIEVEMENT! 💙🏃‍♀️

A huge Express Dance Studios congratulations to our amazing parent Becky and dancer Eden on completing the Great Cumbrian Run 2026! 🎉👏

⭐ Eden took on the Fun Run and absolutely smashed it, completing 1.1 miles in just 12 minutes! What an incredible little runner! 🏃‍♀️💨

And then there’s Becky… 😮‍💨💪

Becky completed the 13.1 mile Cumbrian Run, even after injuring her hip at the 6-mile mark! 🫣 The determination to keep going and cross that finish line is absolutely incredible. ❤️

But that’s not all… Becky has raised an amazing £500 for Jigsaw, in memory of her late brother Joe. 💙

We are SO proud of you both! What an incredible achievement, and what a wonderful cause to be running for. 🥹👏

Absolutely amazing, Becky & Eden! 🌟🏃‍♀️💙
