Seeds well and truly planted and sprouted, literally for our R&D.

I am currently in week 2 of the R&D and very exciting things are happening! Our current project which is looking at the narratives we have around climate change, our connection to nature and… I’ll leave you guessing on that one 😉

A big diolch to the theatre team for their time, support and space to help make these explorations in to nature possible.

We’re brining sustainability and wellbeing into the process as soon as possible, more info in this to follow 🌳

Next week .academy I'm running a nature connection workshop at the gorgeous Butterfly Soup.

On the evening of March 3rd i'll be facilitating an experience which aims to build confidence, storytelling skills and a sense of connection to nature as the infinite body of energy that we are.

Spring is starting to show herself, can you see?
What growth have you spotted? I'd love to hear.
Remember, as beautiful as the nature of the Earth is, you are also nature.
So, growth can be visible and external, but it can also be invisible and internal.

Our phones, screens and technology are so dear to us, I get it.

but they distract us, from ourselves, others and the world around us.
So, this is my reminder to you to try going without.

Whether its a short walk in your local park, 5 minutes looking out of the window or even something more.

Every moment you are able to switch off from your devices you will be connecting deeper to nature and it's endless beauty.

Winter is almost over, don't miss its frosty freshness.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!

Alys here, the woman in the image and the creator of Action Movement Peace, hiya! I have decided to close the limited company on companies house. It is time for a change of direction, what are your thoughts on my new name?!

There are exciting ventures, ideas and collaborations forming that I can hardly wait to tell you more about! Thank you to all who we've worked with over the last 4+ years, do get in touch if we haven't spoken in while I'd love to hear from you!

For now, on this account I'll be updating you on what I've been up to recently, all things facilitation/workshops/nature connection/social justice and more!

This is not the end of the story, simply a new chapter...
