And lastly, our bass section: Jack Bowtell, William Stevens and Nick Cooper. Jack and Will are both studying singing with great success at Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, Will is also a conductor (he recently directed Giulio Cesare in Egitto at Cornerstone Cardiff, where we are performing), and Nick is a regular with Llandaff Cathedral Choir. Our tenor section for the opening concert is: Huw Ynyr, Lewis Ham - Tenor, Phylip Nichols and choir manager Timothy Coleman. Huw, Lewis and Tim are all studying at (Huw on the opera course, whlie also represented by Harlequin Agency Limited, and Lewis and Tim on the MMus), while Phylip has an active freelance choral career alongside his day job as a .

And introducing our choir manager, Timothy Coleman. Timothy's an experienced choral and solo singer: he sang for three years as a layclerk with Choir of New College Oxford and as a Fellow with National Youth Choirs of Great Britain, and is now studying for an MMus in Vocal Performance at Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama. Timothy has also (with Welsh Chamber Choir's conductor Tomos Watkins) produced various operas, including The Turn of the Screw and the premiere of Marco Galvani's AUTOPILOT SAVES MODEL S. He's very excited to be creating a new chamber choir for Wales!

Introducting our alto section: Aimee Daniel, Nicole Boardman and Olivia Gomez. Aimee and Nicole are both postgraduates at Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama (Aimee had played a leading part in the college opera last year, while both she and Nicole are covering roles and singing chorus in a Welsh National-Opera-RWCMD collaboration in June), and Olivia is a Cardiff freelancer, a regular soloist with various choral societies and an artist with Live Music Now. Delighted to be working with them!

We're delighted to have such a strong team of singers in the Welsh Chamber Choir / Côr Siambr Cymreig. Our soprano section is made up of Clare Eccles - Soprano, Rosie Rowell (www.rosierowellsoprano.com) and Morgana Warren-Jones (www.morganawarrenjones.com). Clare is a RWCMD graduate, Rosie is currently studying on the RWCMD MA Opera course, and Morgana (having graduated from Leeds) is pursuing a freelance career in North Wales.
