Happy ADHD awareness month to all my neurodivergent friends!

I haven’t really spoken much about my journey with ADHD so I thought I would share a post explaining a bit more about the struggles of living with ADHD and how I try to manage it.
I had a late diagnosis of ADHD and Autism after I left university and I have learnt a lot about myself over the last few years and I finally feel like I’m beginning to understand the way that my brain works ✨and I have learnt to appreciate that my brain may work in different ways to others but we should celebrate and embrace our differences! ✨ I haven’t touched on any of the stereotypical symptoms of ADHD like fidgeting/ hyperactivity etc.. I wanted to bring light on other symptoms I have that other people may be able to relate to that aren’t as typical when thinking about ADHD.

There is so much more to my ADHD than what I could ever fit in one post, but let me know if you like this type of content and I can share more about ADHD for me.
If you have ADHD I hope this post encourages you to post your story, raise awareness and break the stereotypes around ADHD. ✨

This is a hand painted terracotta trinket dish I painted for a customer last week! Absolutely loved doing this one with my signature coloured splodges! ✨

I haven’t been on in a while so I thought I’d share a few moments from life recently!

Photo 1: We celebrated my step mums birthday with a day out in Swansea watching my sisters do a circus performance.

Photo 2: I have been working on custom plant pots and new designs which I will be sharing very soon!

Photo 3: My step mum, sister and brother officially got their British citizenship!

Photo 4: I haven’t really been posting much on my page but I have been supporting my step mum recently with her venture into pottery which is going well!

Photo 5: We went to Swansea and had the best time on the beach ☀️

I’m trying to be better with posting on social media but life has been so busy recently I haven’t stopped! I have lots of content to come and some great designs coming soon as well as some exciting news that I will be sharing soon!!
