On behalf of Elaine, Alan, Dillwyn and myself a huge huge thankyou to everyone who came along to Rumney Folk Club's 21st Birthday Bash last night, making it tremendous evening all around. We could not have got anymore in the hall.
Also a big thankyou to Gill & Ian for surprising us and bringing a wonderful Birthday Cake which was shared out to everyone in the interval. It so happens that it was Gills 70th Birthday yesterday as well. So not only a big thankyou for the cake but a very Happy Birthday to you too from everyone at RFC.
Big thanks as well to Steve Wride for being compere the whole evening.
And also a thankyou to Perry & Linda Turner, Jan, Gill & Ian Langford, Mike Johnson, Nigel & Jackie who have been coming to the club since the very first meeting and the very early months.
And one more big thankyou to you all for supporting the club over all these years. Without you there would be no club. So Thankyou!.

Thankyou to everyone who came along to last Fridays Rumney Folk Club.
It was a little on the quiet side, but nonetheless it was a great evening and atmosphere with some fab performers from start to a late 11pm finish.
Our next meeting will be Friday 8th May.
It is also our 21st BIRTHDAY.
