It is fantastic to see our Design Internship Programme featured in the Amusements & Attractions section of InterGame and InterFun magazine. We were overwhelmed by the calibre of applications and level of interest!

As a direct result, we have filled the position for the next three intakes and hope to be rolling the programme out across all of our departments this coming year.

Yesterday we welcomed Chris Weaver, Leader of Cardiff Council and Ruth Cayford, Head of Creative Industries and Culture Development at Cardiff Council.

This was an opportunity to showcase the incredible talent and creativity that exists within Cardiff, whilst having open and honest conversations about identity, what it means to manufacture in Cardiff and Wales and how our local council can support its creative industries.

A point of pride for Matt & Sam and a key topic during the visit, is that Wild Creations’ place in the creative sector of Cardiff provides an alternative to other opportunities with its offer of long-term stability, job creation, and career progression. Matt used this opportunity to champion Cardiff’s hidden depths of creative talent, less recognised by the media, and highlight how it could be supported by our council to thrive.

This visit has left us feeling excited and hopeful for our future in Cardiff and we are looking forward to seeing this relationship grow.

Proud, surreal, accomplished, and outstanding are just a few of the emotions the team experienced when seeing some of the biggest names in film standing in front of our Trojan Horse at the London premiere of Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey in Leicester Square.

This beautiful 11-metre replica of the film's iconic Trojan Horse was built in our workshop in just 30 days. It showcases the incredible skill and collaboration of our Structural Engineering, Metalwork, Design, Moulding & Casting, and Finishing departments—an extraordinary team effort that resulted in a truly spectacular piece.
