‘Untamed’ is a visceral new work by Alesandra Seutin (2026 Olivier Award Nominee and Sadler’s Wells Associate Artist) rooted in the human urge to run.
Bodies charged with emotion coil like springs ready to release.
Together we move forward. Are we running away or towards something new?
Set to a driving soundtrack that includes traditional Welsh instruments and ancestral voices, the athletic, commanding dance will invigorate the senses, cleanse the soul and leave you breathless.

Sometimes stories are worth sharing.
Here choreographer Theo Clinkard talks about moving through grief with dance.

“It’s about vulnerability and connection, and finding joy…and I hadn’t felt that in a year and a half”

When we spoke to Theo Clinkard about re-staging his work Ordinary Courage 14 years after it was first made.
In both periods of Theo’s life this work has supported him through the loss of a parent, and we are honoured he trusts us to share that story with the world – and hope audiences find the same small pockets of joy in experiencing the work.
