Christchurch Players

Christchurch Players We are a local drama group run by Christchurch United Church. Our annual pantomimes are much loved by the local community.

Our junior drama group Roots perform their own summer productions, giving our younger cast members the chance to shine. We do not have a rolling intake of new members, instead we recruit based on the needs of the production or the group at that time. We are an amateur group who perform for fun and to raise money towards the work of the church or other charitable causes. We try not to take ourselves too seriously!
