On my recent North Wales holiday I met a lovely lady in Porthmadog selling local honey Pen y Bryn Apiary she was quite the determined but courteous saleswoman. After walking past a few times I finally went over to try some and I'm so glad I did it's delicious 100% pure and made in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 . They also make delicious honey chocolate and other products. I recommend checking them out.

I do love some honey in my tea in the evening ☕🍯

Massive thank you to Becca and Moonfly's Emporium for sending some extra blue yarn so I can finish my flower garland. Love the themed note card, purple bag and oh so cute smiley stitch marker 😊😊

This week I have been working in another buy from Wonderwool this year. Moonfly's Emporium chunky flower garland with Becca. I love the colours and the easy to follow pattern for all abilities. Unfortunatley I have fallen short of yarn on my last flower 😩

HOTH granny's shopping bag. Pattern by Fiona | Modern Crochet Patterns for Beginners using Hobbii - Yarn & Free Patterns

I bought the pattern at this year's Wonderwool and had a lovely chat with Rosie. I must admit that after a Wonderwool event most projects end up in the to do pile for a number of years, I think having the Hobbii cotton in mixed colours alreadyvin my stash was a big push to get this made. I'll be sure to make some more for gifts.

My baby left year 6 this year 😭 this is the teacher gift I gave to a very special teacher who stepped in to take the class over when their previous teacher left in December. Mrs Lumby had the class for two years previously so there was no one better to get them ready for high school.

Personalised pencil case made on my Silhouette portrait, pens and pencils, and extra bits of stationery, stickers, wine and chocolates!

Finished my cream chic cape this evening from Simply Crochet issue 176. Made using Stylecraft naturals bamboo and cotton in ecru it has a lovely soft texture and drape, just a little something to pretty up an outfit
