We have 30 days left to hit our target and less than £3,000 to raise ....could you business support our work?

In September, through No one Here is Me, we're looking to launch a series of 14 workshops that will bring men together in Canterbury, where they can explore aspects of mental health and build meaningful connections.

Thanks to the generosity of Kent County Council and more than 20 independent supporters, we've already raised a significant amount towards making these workshops a reality. However, we still need to raise just under £3,000 by 21st August 2026.

Which is why we’re appealing to local businesses, to ask if you could help us, with a donation, as an investment in the wellbeing of men across Canterbury. If you are able to support us in any way, that would be wonderful.

You can find out more about the workshops on our SpaceHive donations page https://www.spacehive.com/workshops-exploring-male-mental-health

We wanted to share some amazing news with you, we've been pledged by Kent County Council £5,387 to run male mental health centred workshops in the heart of Canterbury.
Thanks to a funding raising gig and more than 20 backers, we have been able to add to this pot, however we still have a little bit to raise, £3,165 in 46 days.

These workshops have been designed to gather men together in a community venue to form connections, inspire creativity and be held with compassion. The workshops will include guest speakers who are experts in their field, touching on mindset empowerment, resilience, physical health and personal reflection.
As award winning theatre makers, we wanted to find a way to create lasting change and legacy within the community.

If you feel you are able to support please find more information and our pledge page here -

In the UK, the male su***de rate is approximately 17.6 deaths per 100,000, with men consistently accounting for about three-quarters of all su***de-related deaths. It remains the leading cause of death for young people and middle-aged men nationwide.

We went to find new ways of supporting men. We went to create a brave space for men to feel connected, to feel part of a community and encourage compassion.

No one Here is Me Productions Ltd is aiming to hold a series of focused workshops for men in the heart of Canterbury.

We need your help!

Lovely comments from His Worship, the Mayor of the Borough of Maidstone, Cllr Martin Round. Martin has helped fund us for this round and will be attendance and on our panel at the 7.30pm performance in September.

Martin has been a huge support of our work since meeting us in March. We feel very honoured that he has seen it's worth and is helping us to support more men.

Thank you, Martin.

Come and join us ....all are welcome

Sending light,
Sarah
