Pandaiva mudiki, baba vangu vakadarika nesu paBar tinaMhamha. Vakapinda mukati vakatisiya panze. Pakazouya mumwe murume akatanga kupfimba Mhamha. I remember how much it hurt me and honestly, it traumatised me as I grew up.

It made me think,if something as simple as seeing my mother being approached by another man affected me that deeply, what happens when a child is constantly watching different men coming into their mother’s life and even into their home?

The best thing you can do as a single mother is to protect your children from the constant introduction of different men into their lives. ❤️

Don’t introduce every man you date to your children simply because you want him to know that you love him, or because you are hoping he will help you with rent and other responsibilities. Your children don’t need to be part of every relationship you have.

I’m not trying to raise children while constantly worrying about who is going to be there for me.
