Men's Mental Health Week

Please excuse any spelling errors I'm dyslexic and normally AI helps me with this sort of thing! :)

This week is mens mental health week, As a small business owner what i can say is that starting and running a business is one of the hardest things on mental health you could ever undertake. You could be working till midnight creating escape rooms, or filling out endless amounts of paperwork to make sure you have everything covered and you still open the doors at 10am every morning with a smile on your face. But to me its worth it all because i get the opportunity to offer a service that brings happiness to people (some times stressing depending on the escape room). I get to see families enjoy themsevles and i get to welcome return custoemrs that have been coming since we first opened in 2021.

I personally have an amazing support network to keep helping me when its a tough day. But I do understand that some people dont and with that in Cannock we have an amazing group called Stand By Me and I'm sure we have lots of others. This post isnt anything other than to give them a shout out for all the fantastic work they do and if theres anyone out their struggling please reach out to them or one of the others. Or pop into us for a coffee (if youve ever been before you know i do love a good chat - mainly planes and dogs!)
